Once you’ve placed an order with us, we’ll send you an email confirming the details. Once your package is booked in for shipping, we’ll email you the tracking information, so that you can trace its progress.
It’s important to note that we cannot reroute packages, nor change the contents of any order once it has been shipped. With this in mind, please ensure that your shipping address, personal information and selected items are correct before finalising your purchase at checkout.
We would also emphasise that home delivery is curb side, which means your order must be collected at the front door of the address to which it is shipped.
Please follow the tracking closely and ensure someone is home for the delivery. We cannot replace lost or stollen items which are left unattended at your address.

Our approach to shipping is designed to be considered, thoughtful and dependable. We continue to strive to reduce carbon emissions associated with the transit of our pieces, reducing costs for our customer and softening planetary impact.
In 2026, we're working hard to eliminate air freight of our pieces across major international routes, transitioning to sea freight wherever possible, to reduce the carbon emissions associated with transporting each PARCTA piece.
Our approach to our supply chain mirrors our approach to design. We don't believe in fast consumption, overproduction, urgency or waste. This ethos is embodied in our ambition to reduce air-freight usage, a shift which requires earlier planning, slower timelines, and thoughtful logistics — choices we believe are worth making in pursuit of lower-impact production.

Furniture includes any of our larger pieces. We offer complimentary shipping on furniture items within Australia. Internationally, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the number and assortment of items, the weight, and your region.

We offer complimentary returns on all Australian orders. We understand change of mind is only natural. If you decide to return your PARCTA piece, you have 30 days to do so after receiving your order. We will cover the cost of return shipping back to us, to make the process as easy as possible.

International Orders

We have several shipping options for PARCTA objects, ordered outside of Australia.
- Complimentary international shipping: shipped via Australia Post International Standard.
- Express international shipping: Available at checkout. Pricing varies by destination region and weight.
Delivery timeframes on standard and express shipping vary by region. Express services prioritise faster transit but may still be subject to customs processing times.

Furniture items are shipped internationally at flat rates, calculated by region and by item. Rates reflect the weight of each piece and are displayed clearly at checkout. International furniture shipments are arranged with care to ensure safe transit and delivery.

Delivered At Place (DAP) means duties and taxes are not included and may be payable upon delivery.
Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) means duties and taxes are included, with no additional fees payable on delivery.
International orders are handled as follows.Objects shipped to:
- The United States: Shipped Delivered Duties Paid (DDP).
- All other international destinations: Shipped Delivered At Place (DAP).
To all international destinations, Furniture items are shipped Delivered At Place (DAP).
Customs requirements vary by country. If you have questions prior to ordering, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

We accept returns on international orders and will always do our best to support you through the return process.
If you wish to return an item from outside Australia, please lodge your return within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

Order Processing and Dispatch

All in-stock items are dispatched from our studio on the next business day when shipped via standard shipping.
When express shipping is selected, we aim to dispatch the same business day, if ordered before our daily dispatch cut-off.
Our in-stock items will indicate "In Stock, Ready to Ship" on the respective product page. Alternatively, you can browse an up-to-date overview of all our In Stock Pieces.
If there is no call-out on the product page, there will be a relevant made-to-order, pre-order or estimated dispatch timeline called out in the shipping tab of the product page.

Many of our products are hand-finished in natural materials - minor variations and imperfections are a welcomed part of the materiality, contributing to the character of each piece. To best care for your new PARCTA piece, please refer to our Material & Care Guide.
If your PARCTA piece arrives damaged in any way, we ask that you kindly advise us immediately upon receiving it, through our Customer Portal. Items found by us to be faulty will be replaced by the same product/s, or refunded subject to availability.
